We look forward to welcoming you when you visit Spiga at the Bread Collection. Our authentic Wood fired oven takes centre stage so you can sit and watch while we cook your food to order.
Our Menu changes on a regular basis and includes Antipasti, artisan bread basket, Sourdough Pizza, Dish of the Day and Desserts.
Our pizza dough is made fresh on site, once a day and consists of just 4 ingredients; flour, water, salt, and yeast.
It is then developed at room temperature to create a soft, light, but most importantly, easy to digest.
Each base is hand stretched in the classic Neapolitan style and then topped with the sweetest tomato sauce and fresh fior di latte (Mozzarella). It is then cooked in our authentic Wood Fired oven once cooked for only 60 seconds, to keep the base soft and light, ready for you to enjoy.

We are also open for lunch from Tuesday to Saturday. Our chef has a range of changing specials to supplement the lunch menu and our Wood Fired Pizza Oven will be aflame to make our delicious signature Pizzas. Pizza examples include Diavola (Tomato, spicy Calabrese salami, chilli
& Mozzarella Fiordilatte), Quattro Stagioni (Tomato, Ham, artichoke, mushrooms, black olives & Mozzarella Fiordilatte) and Affumicata (Frjarielli (wild broccoli), Tuscany sausage, or olives for vegetarians, smoked mozzarella and chilli flakes).
We have a Sharing table which can seat up to 14 and a separate area for up to 25. So if you are celebrating on a Thursday, Friday or a Saturday evening then don’t hesitate to contact us to see how we can help. Private dining is also available and full details can be found on the dedicated page.

Phone and collect takeaway service
We are now pleased to offer a phone and collect takeaway service between 5.30pm and 7 pm. Simply call us, place your order by phone only and then arrive at the advised time to collect.
