We look forward to welcoming you when you visit Spiga at the Bread Collection. Our authentic Wood fired oven takes centre stage so you can sit and watch while we cook your food to order. For us only our own sourdough hand crafted pizza base is good enough. We take our time and allow our dough a fermentation period of 24 hours. This is then cooked at a temperature of over 400 degrees and it is ready in a few minutes, giving a puffed up crust, very few burns and an intense smell. When you combine this with our chef’s expert handing and finest sourced ingredients we believe you will be sure to return.
Our Menu changes on a regular basis and includes Antipasti, artisan bread basket, Sourdough Pizza, Dish of the Day and Desserts. A sample menu is attached below..
In addition we now have a new special Set price menu every Thursday from 5.30pm until 7pm. Two courses £13.00 and three courses £19 which includes a drink. For full details please ask for the special menu or one of the team.
Open for lunch from Tuesday to Friday. Whilst the Pizza oven isn’t cooking our chef has a range of changing specials to supplement the lunch menu. Examples include Sicilian Arancini, Risotto and Pesto Pasta.
Birthday or celebration ?
We have a Sharing table which can seat up to 14 and a separate area for up to 25. So if you are celebrating on a Thursday, Friday or a Saturday evening then don’t hesitate to contact us to see how we can help. Private dining is also available and full details can be found on the dedicated page.
Normal Opening Hours
Thursday – Friday – Saturday -5.30 til late and from noon on Saturdays.
Lunchtimes – Tuesday to Friday 12 – 2.30.
