Our bread is made daily in our bakery in Knowle using traditional hand crafted natural methods and the finest ingredients.

Traditional English Bread
White, unbleached flour and two stage fermentation in 400 & 800gm
Wholemeal, 100% wholemeal, long fermentation
Granary, 100% crunchy granary flour with a dark malty flavour
Rolls, available in small or large
Mediterranean Bread
French Baguette, French flour and rye sour
Rustic Baguette, French flour & 3 hour fermentation
Olive and Herbs de Provence, French dark rye/white & olives
Roasted Onion, unbleached white & roasted onion
Sundrie Tomato, unbleached white & sundrie tomato
Walnut, wholemeal and wheat & walnuts
Date Sultana and Pecan, French flour & Sultana Dates/pecan
Focaccia, roasted onion and Rosemary unbleached flour & olive oil
Speciality Artisan Bread
Sourdough, raisin, rosemary and sea salt
Sourdough (400gm), no yeast, long fermentation
80% Rye & Sunflower
Fig and Fennel
100% Rye
Focaccia, garlic, rosemary with olive oil
Organic Wholemeal

Mediterranean, olives, peppers herbs and tomato

Spiced Fruit Bread, small tin, sultanas, mixed peel and spice

Orders for bread must be placed at least 24 hours in advance and collected before 2pm.
Trade discounts available for large quantities.
